YOUNG BEEF PRODUCERS FORUM

Last week Matt & Shell went to the Young Beef Producers Forum held in Roma. This two day conference focused on equipping young beef producers with the skills to make a difference in all aspects of their lives, including on-farm, off-farm, family, personal & business related areas.

There were 4 sections to the forum:

• Business & Off-Farm Investment
• Communication & Relationships in the Family Business
• Production & Sustainability
• Paddock to Palate

One of the speakers at the conference was Stuart Austin from Postive Perfection. Stuart opened his presentation with the following “Yeo Valley” video with us to emphasise the importance of looking outside the square with everything you do. With over one million views on You Tube it obviously paid off for this dairy group!
