WORLDS BEST BUTCHER SHOP?

The Victor Churchill retail butchery in Sydney is nothing like your conventional butchers shop. To start with there’s no counter, then there’s the marble floors & subdued lighting, not to mention the state of the art refrigeration & dry-aging systems...and did I forget to mention the exceedingly high quality of the beef & lamb on display? The top end of the beef range is fullblood Wagyu at $189.99/kg, marbling score 9, fed for 500 days at Peechelba feedlot. The middle level includes Rangers Valley 300-day grainfed Angus. 

International food & travel shows are frequent visitors to the butchery and it also captured the attention of Oprah Winfrey who paid a visit during her recent Australian travels.

Who could resist beef that looks this good!
