Still looking for some last minute gift ideas? Beef Central has put together a great list of ideas to satisfy all beef lovers for Christmas!
My favourite item in the list is the Wagyu Special Gift Box from Kobe’s Gourmet butchery in Brisbane. It includes a sample of Wagyu steaks and a roast, all attractively packaged and delivered to your door. Sounds like a great way to try the ‘Wagyu experience’!
The Beef & Beer Masterclass would also make a great gift. It's a two hour cooking class run by the Red Balloon that teaches participants how to cook confidently with different cuts of beef. Afterwards they get to enjoy the meals they have prepared while taste testing Australian craft beers.
Fiona Lake’s unique books featuring photos from Australian outback cattle stations are one of those gifts that I would like to receive myself! These books feature nearly 500 photos and have been reprinted twice due to popular demand. A present that would be enjoyed by anyone I would think!
And for those that are hard to shop for you could always consider the Golden Grill! It is the world's first fully functional gold barbecue with the entire unit being plated by 24 carat gold (apart from the cooking surfaces). But with a price tag of over $165,000 I don’t think it will find its way under our Christmas Tree this year!
