George was showing a group of school children how to cook the perfect Fillet of Beef with Garlic & Herb Butter. This was a very clever yet subtle marketing campaign by MLA and they did a great job of not only getting beef on the MasterChef menu but also incorporating a beef cooking lesson into the program. George made several comments about using ‘great Australian beef’ and hopefully it encouraged the MasterChef viewers at home to go out and buy some beef!
